Adamantinomatous Craniopharyngioma

Comments:
CT scan of the brain of a 2 y/o female who presented with episodes of loss of consciousness. CT demonstrates a large suprasellar multicystic mass with extension into the middle cranial fossa. It has multiple foci of calcification. The radiologic features are consistent with adamantinomatous craniopharyngioma which was confirmed in the resection specimen.
