Comments:
Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP) is a fibrohistiocytic tumor of intermediate malignancy. It arises in adults as a slow-growing cutaneous nodule in the trunk and proximal extremities. The lesion is usually a solitary, firm, grey-white nodule in the skin and subcutaneous tissues. Recurrent lesions often tend to be multinodular (as in this case; note the horizontal scar to the left of the nodules - the result of previous resection).
