Lymphomatous polyposis refers to the formation of numerous small polyps in the colonic mucosa in a patient with colorectal lymphoma. The polyps consist of aggregates of atypical lymphoid cells covered by mucosa. The lymphoma usually associated with this peculiar presentation is mantle cell lymphoma but other types have also been seen.
