Pulmonary Hamartoma

Comments:
This case of pulmonary hamartoma lacked hyaline cartilage. It consists predominantly of myxomatous areas and small amount of adipose tissue. Such cases have been variously called myxoma, fibroma, fibrolipoma, and benign mesenchymoma etc.
