Candidal Intertrigo: The most commonly affected locations are inframammary, axillae, inguinal region, perineum (shown here), and intergluteal cleft. There is intense pruritus, pain and tenderness. Papules and pustules on erythematous base appear initially. They eventually erode and become confluent, producing sharply demarcated large lesions that are surrounded by small pustules at the periphery (satellite pustulosis).
