Comments:
The epithelial cells are positive for pankeratin, cytokeratin 7, EMA (luminally accentuated; shown here), CEA, carbonic anhydrase IX, and vimentin. The tumor has some resemblance to clear cell papillary renal cell carcinoma, however, it is negative for CD10, RCC & AMACR.
