Comments:
This adenomatoid tumor was largely composed of compressed tubules and slit-like spaces in a collagenous stroma. The diagnosis was not readily apparent at first on routine H&E sections. However, the location of the tumor, its gross appearance, and immunohistochemical findings (positivity for cytokeratin AE1/3 and calretinin) were helpful in arriving at the correct diagnosis.
