This tumor shows typical features of a myxoid liposarcoma: scattered lipoblasts, a delicate plexiform capillary pattern, and abundant myxoid and hyalinized stroma. Spermatic cord is the most frequently involved site. Others include testicular tunics and epididymis. A large study of paratesticular liposarcomas has been published recently. Montgomery E, Fisher C.
