Comments:
Kidney is among the organs frequently involved by intravascular large B-cell lymphoma (IVLBCL). Other sites include central nervous system, skin, lung, liver, and adrenals. The clinical presentation may include minimal change disease or abnormal renal function. Besides the usual intravascular location in small and medium-sized vessels, the neoplastic lymphocytes are preferentially seen in glomeruli (as depicted in this image). The diagnosis can be made on a renal biopsy.
