Comments:
Craniopharyngiomas resemble ameloblastoma and calcifying odontogenic cyst. Microscopically, they are composed of well-differentiated squamous epithelium arranged in sheets, nodules, and anastomosing trabeculae with peripheral palisading. Within the nodules, the squamous cells often show whorl-like formation.
