Chromophobe Renal Cell Carcinoma
Grossly, chromophobe renal cell carcinoma is usually a well-circumscribed solitary mass in the kidney as seen in this case. The cut surface may be yellow, beige, or brown with close resemblance to oncocytoma. A central scar is seen in this specimen.
