Comments:
The cysts in multilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma are lined by a thin layer of small bland cells without nucleoli, typical of Fuhrman grade 1 or 2 nuclei. The presence of grade 3 or 4 nuclei is incompatible with the diagnosis of multilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma.
