Comments:
Granulocytic sarcoma (Myeloid sarcoma) consists of a mass of immature myeloid cells in an extramedullary site. The image shows granulocytic sarcoma replacing a lymph node. The neoplastic myeloid cells show some evidence of differentiation in the form of eosinophilic myelocytes and metamyelocytes.   return to Miscellaneous Lesions
