Comments:
Patients with extensive condyloma acuminata of the external genitalia may occasionally develop lesions in urethra, urinary bladder or ureters. Immunocompromised hosts may develop isolated condyloma in their urinary bladders. This image shows the classic histologic features, including acanthosis, papillomatosis, koilocytosis, dyskeratocytes, and binucleation.
