Adenofibroma of Uterus

Topic: Mixed Epithelial-Mesenchymal Tumors

Category: Uterus

slide 7 of 24

Comments:
Note the lack of atypia in both the stromal as well as the glandular component. Mitotic activity is low. The differential diagnosis included adenosarcoma, which cannot be definitively excluded in a small biopsy or curettage specimen.   return to Mixed Epithelial-Mesenchymal Tumors
