Comments:
This makes up about 10% of all endometrial carcinomas. The tumor is composed of high-grade anaplastic cells in complex papillary, glandular or solid growth patterns. It is a highly aggressive tumor with close resemblance to ovarian papillary serous carcinoma.   return to Endometrial Carcinoma
