Comments:
This specific variant of cervical adenocarcinoma usually occurs in post-menopausal, non-caucasian patients. It is associated with poor prognosis. The histologic appearance is similar its homonymous counterpart seen in the salivary glands. This low-power view shows solid, trabecular, tubular and ductual patterns.
