The image shows an exophytic condyloma acuminatum. Cervical condylomas are considered to be a form of low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion. HPV subtypes associated with condylomas include : low-risk types 6, 11; intermediate-risk types 31, 33, 35; and high-risk types 16, 18.
