Same case as the previous two images. The glands are highly distorted and there is stromal invasion. In a recently published study, 8 of 23 cases (35%) of villous adenoma of urinary tract had co-existent adenocarcinoma (Am J Surg Pathol 23(7):764-771, 1999.)   return to Villous Adenoma in Urinary Bladder
