Comments:
Infiltrating adenocarcinoma arising in a villous adenoma of urinary bladder. Despite the low-grade cytologic features, the presence of distorted glands filled with mucin situated deeply within the muscularis propria was unequivocal for invasion. Many glands have ruptured spilling their mucin inciting a stromal reaction.
