Inverted Papilloma

Inverted papilloma is a rare benign urothelial neoplasm seen usually in older men. In its classic appearance, it is an endophytic lesion consisting of cords and trabeculae of urothelial cells growing into the lamina propria. The overlying urothelium is usually smooth.
