Comments:
Dermoid cyst is the commonest ovarian tumor comprising almost 50% of all ovarian tumors. Majority of them occur during reproductive years but can also occur in children. Teeth occur in about one-third of cases. A few hair strands are also visibile in the cyst wall which appears greasy due to sebaceous material. Image courtesy of Steve O'Connor, MD, Houston, Texas.
