Another case of wolffian adnexal tumor showing tubular and glandular structures. The immunohistochemical profile of these tumors is as follows: CK7+, CK20-ve, calretinin+, vimentin+, androgen receptor+ (75% cases), ER/PR+ (25% cases), inhibin+ (70% cases), and CEA-ve.   return to Other Rare Primary Ovarian Tumors
