Comments:
Clear cell carcinomas of the ovary can show tubulo-cystic, papillary, and solid growth patterns. The cytoplasm of tumor cells is clear or oxyphilic. This tumor is often associated with endometriosis and is regarded by many as a subtype of endometrioid carcinoma.
