Comments:
High power view shows narrow lumen due to edema and fibrosis of intima. Tunica media is uniformly expanded by an infiltrate of lymphocytes, plasma cells, and histiocytes. Several multinucleated giant cells are seen in the upper right corner. The internal elastic lamina is usually destroyed.   return to Inflammatory Lesions of Ovary
