Fibroepithelial polyp in the urinary bladder. Fibroepithelial polyp of the lower urinary tract is not believed to be a true neoplasm. It shows male predominance and is usually reported in children and in adults between 2nd and 4th decades of life. The presenting symptoms generally include obstructive voiding symptoms. The lesion consists of urothelium covering finger-like projections containing fibrovascular stroma.
