Comments:
A large malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor (MPNST) originating in the brachial plexus in a 27 y/o male. It presented as a slowly enlarging chest wall mass and grew to its current size of almost 30 cm over 5 years. A biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of MPNST. The tumor was considered unresectable at presentation.
