Comments:
Imaging: Thigh mass in a 60 y/o male. A large, well-circumscribed mass is present in the medial compartment of the thigh that shows contrast enhancement. It does not invade bone or subcutaneous fat. The diagnosis of undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma was confirmed on a biopsy. Case courtesy of Assoc Prof Frank Gaillard, Radiopaedia.org. From the case rID: 7167
