Comments:
This image shows Epithelioid Fibrous Histiocytoma - a variant where at least half the tumor consists of epithelioid cells. The individual tumor cells appear to be surrounded by a delicate collagen network. The epithelioid areas often merge with foci showing conventional histologic features.
