Comments:
The atypical lymphoid cells in precursor T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma are indistinguishable from those seen in lymphoblastic leukemia. They have fine chromatin and convoluted nuclear contours. Mitotic activity and necrosis can be quite prominent.
