Comments:
Mature cystic teratoma of the mediastinum showing bone, cartilage, and mucinous glands. In rare cases, sebaceous secretion causes intense xanthogranulomatous inflammation with perforation into the tracheobronchial tree. The patient may cough up oily sebaceous material and hair.
