Mature teratoma of the mediastinum with mucinous adenocarcinoma (colloid carcinoma). Low magnification view showing pools of extravasated mucin in the colloid carcinoma component. At higher magnification (next two images), clusters of malignant cells with signet ring-cell morphology were detected.
