Anaplastic large cell lymphoma (Ki-1 Lymphoma) is a T-cell neoplasm that may occur in an aggressive systemic form or an indolent primary cutaenous form. The tumor is composed of highly atypical pleomorphic cells scattered in a polymorphic background of neutrophils, lymphocytes, and histiocytes.
