Higher power view of the previous case shows intermediate to large size neoplastic T cells. The reactive cells in the background include small lymphocytes, epithelioid histiocytes, eosinophils, and plasma cells. Peripheral T-cell lymphomas are aggressive tumors with poor prognosis.   return to T-Cell Lymphomas
