Topic: Other Miscellaneous Testicular Tumors & Lesions

Category: Testes

Comments:
Histologically, there is a compressed squamous epithelial lining consisting of a few layers of flattened squamous cells. No adenxal structures are seen. A fibrous wall separates the cyst from surrounding testis. It is important to exclude intratubular germ cell neoplasia or other germ cell elements in the surrounding parenchyma to rule out a mixed germ cell tumor.   return to Other Miscellaneous Testicular Tumors & Lesions
