This image shows multiple fibrovascular cores lined by stratified columnar epithelium. Note the resemblance to papillary serous tumor of low malignant potential (serous borderline tumor) arising in the ovary. Other ovarian-type tumors have been described in the testis including, serous carcinoma, endometrioid adenocarcinoma, and mucinous tumors etc.   return to Other Miscellaneous Testicular Tumors & Lesions
