Signet-ring morphology can be better appreciated here. One must exclude mucinous adenocarcinoma with signet ring cell morphology. The immunohistochemical profile of the tumor cells was as follows: POSITIVE : LCA, CD20, and lambda; NEGATIVE : CD3, kappa, S-100, HMB45, AE1/AE3, EMA, and CD68.   return to B-Cell Lymphomas
