Comments:
Burkitt lymphoma is a high-grade malignant lymphoma seen more commonly in children and young adults. The endemic form is seen in equatorial Africa and presents with jaw and orbital lesions. Tumor cells are small with round nuclei, coarse chromatin, multiple nucleoli, and frequent mitoses. Numerous tingible-body macrophages create a starry sky pattern.   return to B-Cell Lymphomas
