A Reed-Sternberg cell is seen in a background of eosinophils, lymphocytes, and macrophages. Lymphocyte-depleted is the most aggressive type of Hodgkin lymphoma, commonly associated with advanced stages at presentation.   return to Hodgkin's Lymphoma
