Comments: Lymph Node in Secondary Syphilis: Newly formed blood vessels in the capsular and pericapsular regions show endothelial swelling and perivascular cuffs of plasma cells and lymphocytes. Prominent vasculitis is an important diagnostic clue in secondary syphilis.
