Comments:
The mast cells stain with chloroacetate esterase and demonstrate tryptase, chymase, carboxypeptidase, CD68 and CD117. They are negative for myeloperoxidase and CD20. Several mast cells can be seen in this high magnification view.   return to Systemic Mastocytosis
