The patient was a 60 y/o female who was status-post radical mastectomy, chemotherapy and radiation therapy for breast cancer. Ten years after surgery, she died of recurrent tumor. Autopsy showed metastases in liver, lungs, spleen (shown here), uterus, and ovaries.   return to Metastases to Spleen
