Comments:
Cystic spaces are lined by attenuated endothelium resembling that seen in normal lymphatics. The cysts are separated by a delicate vascular stroma. Most cases of lymphangioma of spleen are reported in children. Location usually tends to be subcapsular.   return to Vascular Tumors of Spleen
