Comments:
This patient was incidentally found to have an enlarged spleen during routine physical examination. Abdominal CT scan revealed a 5.0 cm low-density mass in the spleen. Low-power view shows variably sized cysts filled with proteinaceous fluid and lined by flattened endothelial cells.
