Comments:
58 y/o man with abdominal discomfort was found to have a multinodular spleen on imaging studies of the abdomen. Splenectomy specimen showed multiple hemorrhagic areas on cut surface. Low-power view shows variably-sized vascular channels resembling splenic sinuses.
