Comments:
The presence of aggregates of small lymphoid cells beneath the endothelium of trabecular veins is another helpful diagnostic feature of SLL involving spleen. Usually, there is diffuse invasion of red pulp cords and sinuses by small, round lymphocytes.   return to Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma
