Comments:
At higher magnification, the enlarged white pulp shows a polymorphous cell population consisting predominantly of small lymphocytes with scattered large atypical cells. The small lymphocytes reacted with T-cell markers. The larger cells, including Reed-Sternberg-like cells expressed B-cell markers and were negative for CD15 and CD30 (associated with Hodgkin’s lymphoma).
