Comments:
The patient was a 65 y/o female who presented with splenomegaly. Splenectomy specimen measured 19.5 cm in greatest dimension. The cut surface shows near-total replacement of splenic parenchyma by a fleshy, pink-tan tumor. The final diagnosis was diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. Courtesy of: Dr. Sanjay D.
