Fibrosarcoma of bone is a malignant spindle cell neoplasm that does not produce osteoid matrix. Age range includes 2nd to 7th decades of life. More than half of the cases are located around the knee joint. The image shows a lytic lesion in distal femur destroying the bone. The patient presented with a pathologic fracture.   return to Fibrosarcoma
