Comments:
Chondrosarcomas may present with localized pain and/or swelling. Some cases present with pathologic fracture (as was the case here). Other salient radiographic features include areas of lucency within mineralization, cortical abnormalities such as thickening, erosion, or even frank cortical destruction with invasion of soft tissues.   return to Chondrosarcoma
